1. Get Started with Oxytrol® for Women

2. Use Consistently

Wear only one patch at a time for 4 days in a row. After 4 days, remove the used patch and apply a new one. Effectiveness depends on regular use. Don’t skip or use occasionally. 3. Practice a Few Lifestyle Modifications

Follow a daily bathroom schedule
Instead of going whenever you feel the slightest urge, try to go at set times during the day. In time, this may help you to extend the times between bathroom visits.

Strengthen your bladder muscles
Exercise bladder muscles to help build more control. To locate the right muscles, imagine trying to stop the flow of urine. Quickly squeeze and release those muscles 3-4 times in a row. Repeat this exercise several times a day.

Manage your fluid intake
Do not limit your water intake. Know which beverages can make your OAB worse. A bladder diary can help you better understand and manage your OAB.
